Vestry
The vestry is the governing board of the parish. St. Matthew has nine vestry members, two of whom serve as the Senior and Junior Wardens. Each vestry member is elected to a three year term at the parish's annual meeting. Along with the Rector of the parish, who serves ex officio on the vestry, there are three officers of the vestry: the clerk (or secretary), the treasurer and the chancellor.
